PlexPy is a really useful set of Python scripts to track your Plex usage (in a kind of overly needy way). I have set it to start on Windows startup using the instructions provided on PlexPy'sGitHub wiki page as a Windows Task Scheduler task. Hopefully, it will work well but I am writing this post as a reminder in case it fails and I can't remember where to look.
The cmd created is in the E:\Git folder as PlexPy.cmd and Task Scheduler is started with
%windir%\system32\taskschd.msc
